Yield 4 servings, 32 ounces

Ingredients

1 cup almonds or other preferred nut

2 dates, pitted

4 cups water

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a bowl, cover with cheesecloth or a paper towel, and allow to soak for 8 to 12 hours. Juice all ingredients, along with water, pour into a glass container; seal and refrigerate. Use as desired for up to 3 days; shake before each use.
